“My own dear Fred”
Was happily sur-

two letters from you.

the other from Chritine [sic] -
Thought you had
forgotten me. Will pardon
your negligence this time
if you wont do so any
more. You did not write
me you were going to
H_port it was some other
girl.
How nice it would
be, if I could come to
(Page 2)
C. about Sat. and spend
Sunday as I have a
lady friend there who
lives not a short distance
from the Warners house,
I could visit.
I want to see you
very much, and will try
to come, if I do not, will
you come here on your
way home next week?
Think you might.
I have my
plans laid to visit
Roch about Dec 25 or
just after will that
meet, with your approval?

such cold weather, I
dread the side to Blonde,
I am such a frozen

creature need the
warmth from a congenial
larger, and warmer body
must be_
Now, will make
an effort to come, but
may fail, however, come
here if I do.
Write me
before you come, if I
fail to get there.
Hartily [sic] Yours
