Dear Mother, Thy kind
letter arrived last night
Yesterday there was an unusual
large number of servers at
the lecture room, in the evening
Stephen Hicks gave an interesting
account of his journey south
with Ben, the contribands
are in a rather poor condition
that is where they went.
The school teacher has gon
to see her brothers who she
hasnot seen in several years
she there will be no
school for a week, I shal
try and spend a day or
two at Aunt Elizabeth's.
