We called on George Doty he feels well about business lives far west of George Willets over the ^Burgin Hill^ We went from Aunt Mary, to see Mary Gibbs by way of Boat from near [Peck?] Slip we found them easily Mary showed great gladness for our visit I went to see Cousin Wm Hicks found him at his office his business suits him and he appears in good spirits. Has large business looking after house renting sell- ing & for the Willets including Mary Wrights's houses which are many as she took all the real estate that belonged to her Father Amos Willets at evening we retraced our steps or rides or both to
