Dear Brother and Sister
I love to receive letters from

you, and as it is a motto that I think is perfect [do?] [unto?] others as we write
that they do write no we out always do own full share. We have been at home or I have most of the time this spring Mary has been helping [nurse?] [the?] of home she will give you an account I suppose I had quite a consern [concern?] to attend Philadelphia yearly meeting but being so sick at [illegible] did not seem best, while Mary was at [illegible] helping them I went to the Antislavery meeting expecting to stay all night attended one meeting which was a good one and got so [illegible] about the sick ones that I came home and from the papers the equal rights meeting was rather inharmonious which is not to be wondered at considering the different views of the parties for as strong an antislavery woman [illegible] used to be she did not appear interested in the meeting
