Antwerp. July 11th Wednes. 2PM Dear Aunt Susan, Your note with enclosure from Maude et. came this AM - also storage receipt from Gillig and a postal from Mauna(?) written while they were stuck in the head of the Delaware, and sent off by the Jiloh - I went to the Red Star office this AM but no word yet of the Vaderland - but just now at dinner a gentleman, an officer of one of the other steamers of the line tells me she is "reported" but could not say whether from England or Flushing if the latter she will be here by six this eve. - if the former some time tomorrow. Do you have to go with Mrs. M to Scotland after all - it's too bad but I suppose can't be helped. I have received a charming trio of rooms here for us all connected and a bed for each so we can be delightfully comfortable if the folks are tired and feel inclined to rest. How we will talk! I wish you were here to join in and make it a quartette. That was a very nice little note from Maude. I shall be dreadfully tried if the ship doesn't come up this way Lovingly R-
