The ??? motions of the southern convention are in favor of it - and of making it the base plank of our platform -- and on shall before we finish ?????? the Republican body to accept the same issue.

The ??? ???? met Mr. Dorylaf today - he is confident of ????in our delegation also a colored (colonial) man Dr. J B. Randolph of New ????? he is a delegate from our state and there is no opposition made to him. He is sitting by my side as I am now writing and because the ???attention and ??? that our ??? Thank God - the issue has come - now is the time for dignity to meet it and ?? have many have ??? sons to battle for the right. Most of us have not hesitated to ?? on the sword and fight for our principles ??? the certainty shall not falter ?? naught but transfer ??? is essential.
