Pg. 3 days Aunt Rachel has been quite poorly at turns and generally not as well as common Lydia does not got at meeting been out only once or twice for nearly a year Mother not quite as well has more of the asthma than common and otherways not very well Deborah Willets who has been very poorly she has been gaining now for a few weeks she has been very much discou raged with herself the Dr. too thought there was no probability of her recovery cousin Jemmima recommended her to leave all medicine (morphine) she had taken frequently and try some simple herb teas and some other simple medicines which was advised by others previously good nursing she needed more than medicine Thomas Whitson is often complaining cannot work no he has done Cousin Ann Chapman was at Yearly Meeting come up a little while come on to see cousin Jemmima Uncle Jacob aunts Mary and Phebe called here yesterday I told thy mother she should let us see what she had wrote so that we might not all write one story or we might give different accounts as one thing the father said that is what you would like to see on _ ent constructions We purpose to go over to Williams this afternoon to take a farewell of him and carry these Brother Edward and Rachel have another little boy 2 weeks old We should be very glad to hear from you as much or more and if we do not suppose we may think it is not as acceptable as these one or long ones would be to us I talked of writing to Edmund and all if it would not meet a more welcome reception he may take his part if there is any thing that can interest him in it I hear Rachel Barker is to be at your yearly meeting we are very desirous to hear particu lars about the meeting and all other things Our association for the advocating the ___ of the slave + agreed to meet only once in 3 months during the time of our quarterly meeting Mary would like to hear by letters from her cousin Mary she also desires her love and I now conclude with much love to all the fraternity your attached sister aunt and cousin
