My dear darling cousin
we were just as glad as we could be to get thy little letter - we had paid 20 times we must write to thee and also that we must send for thee - how glad we would have been if thee had thy self come instead of the piece of paper - glad as we were of that - Frances - Mr and Mrs Kingman with Sammie have gone today to Henry Willis ["?] Henry came for us - I [beged?] off - I had so many little chores to do - the One of most interest was this - I said to Frances as she left the door - talk about Amy - thats what is one I'm going for ; said she - cousin Amy Mrs Kingman is one if the grand women of the age her gift is conversation - I never [knew?] any one to surpass her - or even equal her - Mrs Livermore is grand on the [northern?] ; and so are many others - but Mrs Kingsman on free radical religions [brew?] ; and on the south , and hidden powers if woman beats them all in talking -- they are here to spend a short time with us - then home is near Charles 6 [Bure neighs?] Mrs K has come out if the [Riesbatman?]
