Susan B. Anthony Resources

The original online exhibition is based on the physical exhibition, Susan B. Anthony: Celebrating “A Heroic Life” that was on display in the Department of Rare Books and Special Collections, Rush Rhees Library. The exhibition opened on March 13, 2006, the one-hundredth anniversary of Susan B. Anthony’s death, and continued through August 2006. The orginal design and interface is accessible here through the Internet Archives.

The digital exhibit was migrated and redesigned using Omeka in 2020-2021 by Jessica Lacher-Feldman and Katelyn Gibson, '21.

The original exhibition features letters, photographs, printed material and memorabilia drawn from the Department’s extensive Anthony and woman suffrage collections listed below.
